The live-fire experience

Dinner starts at the fire.

Oak coals, hanging tomahawks and a crew cooking where guests can see it happen. Our rigs make the food part of the occasion, with a menu and service plan built for your event.

Build the menu around the fire

Tomahawks, whole hog, cedar-plank salmon and seasonal vegetables are some of the possibilities. We balance the main event with appetizers, salads and sides, then price your selections in the proposal.

Choose the right service

Live fire can be part of a buffet, family-style meal or plated dinner. The guest count, venue layout and service window determine the crew and equipment needed.

Plan the practical side

We review the cooking footprint, access and venue permission in advance. Weather and fire restrictions affect the plan, so we agree on the appropriate backup and any additional equipment before the event.

THE GOLD EPICURE LIVE-FIRE EXPERIENCE

WE COOK DINNER IN FRONT OF YOUR GUESTS

Our custom-built live-fire rigs bring the kitchen into the event. Flames, smoke and hanging meats become a gathering place while our crew prepares the meal in full view.

THE SHOWPIECE

Our one-of-a-kind hanging-meat rig has been featured in Vogue and appears in the opening of Food Network’s BBQ Brawl with Bobby Flay, Season 6. It is built to stop a room.

WHAT WE COOK

Legendary tomahawks, whole hogs, cedar plank salmon and fire-roasted seasonal vegetables. We build each menu around your event, with generous platters, passed bites and plenty to discover.

HOW IT WORKS

We arrive, build the fire, cook during cocktail hour and prepare meats, cheeses and vegetables in front of your guests. The result is a wide-ranging menu and an experience people remember.

AVAILABLE FOR

Weddings • corporate events • ranch dinners • festivals • private parties • brand activations

We coordinate access, setup space and fire requirements with your venue before the event.
